Add option for service accounts to set automountServiceAccountToken setting

Why

We have a requirement that serviceAccounts used by our applications have automountServiceAccountToken = false. In some charts such as Harbor, the serviceAccount template does not see to have an option.

Proposed Solution

Please add this to any product/chart that allows the creation of a serviceAccount.
