Beta status needs to be removed from operatorless istio components

Motivation

Operatorless istio components in Big Bang's values needs to be updated to remove the status field as those components are now generally available.

Acceptance Criteria

• The status field must be removed from istiod, istioCrds, and istioGateway packages in Big Bang's default values.yaml
