Chart needs helmignore for tests

The Big Bang chart now contains unittests in chart/unittests which ends up being packaged as part of the chart bundling when helm package chart is run.

The recommendation is to include a .helmignore that excludes those test files as seen here - https://github.com/helm-unittest/helm-unittest?tab=readme-ov-file#get-started
