Remove HAProxy from Big Bang Umbrella Chart. Platform One is looking to reduce maintenance overhead for low impact applications. We are unaware of any users using the HAProxy big bang package in production for missions.

The team is removing HAProxy from the Big bang umbrella chart. This chart will remain archived on Repo1. If any user or program wants to adopt this chart and update it on repo1, the team can provide access to maintain it or contact P1 to discuss continued updates/support
