Kyverno Reporter Unable to Access KubeAPI

When installed on vanilla Kubernetes spread out across multiple physical/virtual hosts, it appears the kyverno-reporter controller requires access to the KubeAPI. Without this in place, the UI for Kyverno Reporter shows up as a blank screen.

In order to resolve the situation the following label should be granted access to hit the KubeAPI in its default network policies:
