Evaluate & Reconcile Sonarqube with new pipeline infra

Currently we test logins. Enhanced testing should at a minimum:

Cypress:

• Login / signup to sonar
• Grab tokens
• ???

When the testing infra is fully in place and decided these tests should be run by the new infra (helm tests / helm chart library). <-- This will be a bulk of the work likely for Sonar
