Evaluate & Reconcile Twistlock with new pipeline infra

Currently we have basic UI testing. Enhanced testing should at a minimum:

Cypress:

• Ensure Twistlock UI is up and accessible.
• Ensure API services are up ?
• Ensure API/Service version matches tag/version in package values ?

When the testing infra is fully in place and decided these tests should be run by the new infra (helm tests / helm chart library).
