Evaluate & Reconcile Nexus with new pipeline infra

Currently we have basic UI testing. Enhanced testing should at a minimum:

Cypress:

• Ensure Nexus UI is up and accessible.
• Login set password.
• Visit server status page

Bash Script(future):

• Deploy with docker registry
• Push and pull container to/from registry

When the testing infra is fully in place and decided these tests should be run by the new infra (helm tests / helm chart library).
