Missing kubectl container version in BB 1.9.1

We recently began standing up new K8S Clusters and installing BB 1.9.1 on top of them. We noticed that elastic-kibana has a dependency on kubectl:13.9.0 but we believe that container image was not included in the list of images for the release.

We were able to manually work around this issue by substituting it with kubectl:13.10.3 which came from one of the GitLab Iron Bank images.
