Values comment for disabling networkPolicy requires updating

This line indicates package.networkPolicies.enabled is how you would disable a specific packages network policy. Zach Williamson reported that this does not work (for Twistlock). After talking with @ryan.j.garcia, the intended override is package.values.networkPolicies.enabled.

The values.yaml file comment should be updated to reflect the proper location to avoid confusion.
