Big Bang: Cleanup of dead code in .gitlab-ci.yml and .gitlab-ci folder

The current structure of CI code in .gitlab-ci.yml and .gitlab-ci and/or tests folders is not organized, resulting in a lot of deprecated/dead code. Remove the dead code that is no longer used in the CI pipeline and make the entire structure more intuitive for CI. (Big Bang CI Pipeline Only)
