BigBang Pipelines should call Package tests

After deploying big bang in k3d and distros, the testing suite should call all the tests that are present in each package's test suite.

For instance, this test in argo: https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/core/argocd/-/blob/main/tests/cypress/integration/argo-health.spec.js

should be run during the BigBang pipelines
