Add ability to deploy Bigbang stack to nodes with specific labels

This is a feature request to be able to specify affinities or nodeSelectors to deploy the entire Bigbang stack to nodes with specific labels.

The current use-case is a GPU-based cluster that would be ideal to have non-GPU nodes running BigBang.
