Output other types of resources

The following list may have to be in attached artifact files and not in the main pipeline log due to size limitations.

• Dump the helm template created for deployment
• Dump gateways, virtualservices (if istio is enabled)
• Dump PVC, PV if used (e.g., when minio is deployed)
• Dump CRD list and kubectl describe the contents of the CRDs
