Document how to uninstall Big Bang properly

Need a document showing how to properly uninstall Big Bang for a "clean" Kubernetes cluster. I have observed questions from people using Big Bang regarding the following items that should be addressed:

• When I uninstall and re-install Kiali/Jaeger operator gets stuck and doesn't deploy Kiali or Jaeger
• When I do delete Big Bang, Kiali and Istio become stuck in the uninstall. How do I fix this (finalizer script). (This one is documented, but hidden deep down in our developer docs). Is there a way we can gracefully uninstall to prevent this (e.g. delete the kiali/istio resource first?)
• CRDs are left behind on uninstall. How do I find and delete them?
• What about namespaces? How do I find/delete them?

The objective would be to gracefully uninstall Big Bang and get the cluster back to its original state before installing Big Bang.
