Fix Keycloak rke2 helm tests

currently the nightly rke2 build fails due to keycloak never getting to a ready state. This happens when adding the secret volume mounts for the certs and realm. We need to figure out the correct values for allowing keycloak to install and allow the helm tests to pass.
