Update Vault NetworkPolicies
Currently vault has a minimal baseline of networkpolicies. Some of them are far more open than they need to be.
AC:
- Evaluate Vault's ingress/egress needs
- Update network policies to be "least privilege" with network connectivity only allowed where needed
