Draft: generic template (DO NOT MERGE)

Creates generic template for namespace, pull secret, helm repo, git repo, and values. Once implemented on all addons, a user could simply add their addons to extend Big Bang.

Currently, minioperator and argocd are converted. Enabled those for a demo.

NOTE: useGenericTemplate is a placeholder and would be removed in the final implementation.
