Integrate zarf package deployment to bigbang package clean install pipeline

Definition of Done

The bigbang package clean-install pipeline uses the airgap script produced in #173 to airgap the k3d cluster, and uses zarf to deploy the given package being tested into the airgapped k3d cluster
