Update ISO builder SBOMS with final 0.3.0 artifacts for airgap

Description:

To enable the deployment to run in airgap, the artifacts built by the edgeops team will need to be available in nexus. After final artifacts have been built, update the iso-builder sboms with the 0.3.0 versions

May also need to add credentials for these to be staged properly? Maybe not cuz they are public repos?

Validate the babu caching service stages 0.3.0 artifacts correctly on startup of OS.
