Deploy latest main branch code to edgeline

The latest code base includes functionality necessary to deploy into airgapped environments. This code was not used when we deployed for technet, so we need to deploy this code base, and ensure that it doesnt break deployments. if it does we need to catalog the failures so that they can be updated. This may also require that the edge orchestrator (fitlet) have the latest iso applied with the updated code for nexus. (STIG'd/non-STIG'd)
