Update IronBank Dockerfiles and Hardening Manifests
Description
As part of the v0.3.0 release process, we need to update the IronBank Dockerfiles and hardening manifests for the following components:
edge-controller
edge-orchestrator
These updates will ensure IronBank pulls the correct image versions during the next release candidate cycle and maintains alignment with the edgeops platform release cadence.
