Release Candidate 0.3.0-0 - Test full deployment in Microlab

Description:

Test a full deployment in the microlab with artifacts created from #181 (closed). Document any issues encountered in tickets, which will be resolved on feature branches that are merged back to 0.3.0 and another RC will be created and tested once issues are resolved

Prereqs:

• Before we can start this, the qcow2 for 0.3.0-0 will need to be installed in the microlab fitlet.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Test full deployment in microlab with 0.3.0-0 artifacts
