Gitlab Landing Page

Description:

The EdgeOps Gitlab is hard to interact with, especially for new users that aren't familiar with the layout and what each repo is responsible for. This work will cover creating a landing page that introduces users to both the EdgeOps product and its Gitlab, providing references to key documents like the most recent release notes and the developer's guide.
