Final Release 0.3.1 Step 6: Create Release of Releases

Description

After a successful test of the deployment, we move to the Final Release Steps.

This step creates a final release of releases in the documentation repo. This release should reference all of the other releases created in Step 5.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A Gitlab Release for 0.3.1 has been created on the documentation repo
