Final Release 0.3.1 Step 7: Change Visibility Settings

Description

After a successful test of the deployment, we move to the Final Release Steps.

This step is specific to 0.3.1 and involves changing visibility on repos. We are replacing the monolithic bigbang-edge-controller repo with three smaller repos.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Visibility settings have been set to 'public' on:
  • edge-controller
  • edge-orchestrator
  • crossplane-provider
• Visibility settings have been set to 'private' on bigbang-edge-controller
