Blank line at the top of images.txt in version 2.49.0+

Description

When reviewing the release images list (images.txt) for 2.49.0 and 2.50.0, we noticed that there's a blank line at the top of the list (see images for 2.50.0 here).

This behavior seems to have been introduced in version 2.47.0 and then resolved in version 2.48.0 (see here), but appears to be reoccurring again for releases beyond 2.48.0.
