This is dependent on how compatible harness is with Istio. Research will be required.

Definition of done

• istio-injection is enabled on all applicable resources
• all externally facing services have a properly formatted VirtualService
• chart/values.yaml has proper default values for Istio
• bigbang/values.yaml has istio enabled for testing
