Definition of done

• chart/values.yaml
• Conditionalize ServiceMonitor with .Values.monitoring.enabled
• ensure all pods with metrics endpoints are being scraped
• Grafana dashboard implemented
  • See if Harness has grafana dashboards
• Validation can be run fully and successfully
