Name: Jenkins

Desired Initial Maturity Level (Sandbox, Incubating, Graduated): Sandbox

Problem Statement (i.e. problem you wan to solve): No repo1 chart for IB Jenkins container. Pointed DoD client towards the upstream opensource jenkins helm chart, but they prefer a repo1 chart. Figured I could kpt it into sandbox add networkpolicies, virtualservice, istio injection, and other bigbang stuff.
