Name: Standardize well-architected BB-ready Cloud and Kubernetes platform deployment by leveraging Crossplane blueprints

Salient Goals: a) Provides a standard method of deployment of BB-ready platform - both for internal consumption within BB and for P1 customers b) Generates a distributable library of Distros / Platform blueprints that can be hosted on OCI compliant registry such as registry1.dso.mil c) Introduces a tool within Big Bang product that enables Cloud Native Platform DevSecOps
