Problem Statement (i.e. problem you wan to solve): Alternative Container Vulnerability Scanner.

Description: Have the RapidFort scanner is an alternative to Anchore, or both could be run for greater coverage. In the future it could help enable RapidFOrt STIG'ing or RapidFort Container Optimization or other products and features.
