BB VirtualService template needs updates for hosts and synchrony route configuration

This VirtualService template hardcodes part of the hostname. This needs to be fully configurable.

The template also hardcodes a route for the Synchrony service, even though that service is not recommended to be configured in the values. Needs to have some logic to not include when not using synchrony service.
