need a fix for the confluence helm chart template

In the confluence chart, https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/third-party/confluence/-/blob/1.5.1-bb.1/chart/templates/statefulset.yaml#L29-34 there seems to be an extraneous initContainers statement. It would be great if we could get this fixed. I have already notified @BrandenCobb about the issue.
