Kiali label updates

Summary
- Synced upstream charts now that correct labels have been added
- Reverted previous changes made to get application to show up properly in Kiali
- Updated documentation as manually adding labels is no longer needed

**Note: Just brought up synchrony to validate it showed up properly and didn't have any of its other requirements set up which is why its showing up with a red exclamation mark in the screenshots above.
