bb-package-readme.md does not update fluentd.imageTag

When working this renovate issue, the readme curl scripts did not properly update the fluentd.imageTag version when that version got bumped.

Some investigation needs to be done as to why that occurred and what can be done to resolve it, to minimize manual interventions.
