clusterAuditor pipeline validation

It appears that clusterAuditor as "maintained" package is using bb pipeline instead of using sandbox pipeline? As a result it is failing upgrade part of the pipeline. https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/maintained/cluster-auditor/-/jobs/46723821

please ensure the right pipeline is assigned to clusterAuditor package.
