Confluence Collaborative Editing by Default

The description in the confluence values states that if Synchrony is disabled, collaborative editing will be disabled by default.

This is not the case. Even though synchrony does not get a statefulset created, it is still enabled in the Conflunce config and causes startup and editing errors. Current workaround is to disable these settings in the UI after deployment.
