Full Big Bang integration

I attempted to follow the Big Bang integration instructions for deploying Confluence and Jira. I have it somewhat integrated... but I think I'm missing a few pieces... such as having flux pick up any changes specific to Atlassian tools. Is there specific steps you can point me to?
