Confluence version regression

Bug

upgraded from Confluence Chart version 1.18.1-bb.3 to 1.19.0-bb.0 (or later) and the confluence image pulled goes to an earlier version

It looks like it was introduced on commit 95f925e4 in conjunction with a switch LTS branch of confluence

with the version regression the new (old)) confluence would not achieve a ready state.

What version of BigBang were you running? 2.27.0
