Storage class value is hard coded in the shared-home persistent volume template

• The template to generate the shared-home persistent volume has the storage class value hardcoded into the template. This makes it difficult to if you are using a different name for your EFS storage class.
• It would also be nice to have the efs bool to enable this PV visible in the values.yaml file
