User guide: Deep Dive follow-up

Using the last deep dive spike: #100 (closed) and additional deep dive research.

• Create new issues for feature/improvements work
• A write up of use-cases/user guide for jira detailing a how-to with all features jira has to offer. This should allow new users to configure jira and deploy it easier. Add this document to /docs
