Renovate bot not properly updating image prometheus-config-reloader tag in values.yaml

• Tag is set to 0.89.0 in Chart.yaml (here)
• Value is set to 0.81.0 in values.yaml (here)
• Renovate MR properly finds a new tag version to update in Chart.yaml, but isn't applying that value to values.yaml.
