Anchore SSO does not contain required TLS certificates

Summary

If Anchore is configured with both SSO and TLS options configured the SSO configuration job is unable to access the necessary pods to configure the SSO options.

Deploy anchore with SSO and TLS configured

What is the current behavior?

SSO configuration job fails

What is the expected behavior?

SSO configuration job succeeds
