Anchore Object Storage Migration Job Pre-Upgrade Hook is missing

Description

When setting the .Values.osaaMigrationJob.enabled value to true, no Job is created to perform the migration.

The application appears to use the new Object Store configuration, but does not migrate the existing data from the source to the destination.

It appears that the particular template was not included in the Helm Chart.
