Determine long-term solution of deprecated Postgresql

Summary

We need a suitable upstream for our postgres dependency

What is the current behavior?

We rely on the Postgres chart from Bitnami. This chart works best with a paid "Bitnami Secure image"

What is the expected behavior?

A low maintenance Postgresql dependency

Possible fixes

• CloudNativePG -> we move entirely to a CNCF project for our Postgresql needs, this would require getting those images into Ironbank and running Renovates on the chart
• Continue to use the Bitnami chart + Ironbank images -> There are a few key differences and probably some unknown gotchas (some around securityContext and default user permissions)
