Update BigBang Provided Configure_SSO after Recent Re-Architecture Changes

Summary

Once issue #59 (closed) is complete, the configure SSO job provided by BigBang will require updates to continue working after the 4.0.0 update and the API endpoints are in different locations and expect different information.

New installations of the 1.18.0 based anchore-engine helm chart spit out HTTP/400 Bad Request errors so we will need to get that job updated for SSO enabled Enterprise deployments.
