Add ArgoCD Apps to Test Values

Integrate ArgoCD Application definitions into test values to validate the deployment and behavior of ArgoCD apps within the ArgoCD Package. This can utilize the existing, commented-out default values from the argocd-apps subchart to ensure consistency with the expected application structure.

By adding these test values, we can improve test coverage and catch configuration regressions related to ArgoCD Applications and Projects.
