Investigate Need for Kiali Auth Policy
Currently there is an authorization policy that gets deployed as part of this package that enables Kiali to talk to any service. This is in place to allow SSO to function properly, however, the implementation is a bit confusing as a bb deployment without SSO would now result in Kiali being denied to services like Jaeger.
- Investigate further into why an authorization policy to allow Kiali anywhere would result in SSO functioning as expected to services that are not Kiali
