Unable to use secretRef when serviceaccount has automountServiceAccounToken set to false

Description

Then a secretRef is included in the chains, and the associated serviceAccount has automountServiceAccountToken: false set, the pod will fail to start with a cryptic error about being unable to find /var/run/secrets/kubernetes.io/serviceaccount/namespace.
